Do not use this product. It does not work and the company does not like to refund charges. I took advantage of a free 14 day trial offer and when i called to cancel they convinced me to keep it and continue to use it for an additional period of time at no charge. When that time was up I called back to cancel again and they once again convinced me to continue to use at no cost. I attempted to contact the cs number 877-661-5749 and could not get through due to call volumn. Well i am at work myself so i cannot just hold gor ong period of time. This was june 12th, because i could not succesfully reach them by close of business day i call the next morning of june 13th. I spoke with a representavive who advised i was charged for the product and they could not refund it. Eventhough they had just billed it the same day. I asked to speak with a supervisor who basically said the same thing. Now, my question is why do they have supervisors if they are not able to make desicions outside of the box.instead he advised they are just a 3rd party CS center and they follow the rules of the "Wharehouse" and there is nothing he could do. Aside to he speaking to me like i was stupid Tad (the supervisor) stated the was no other person to contact after I asked for someone higher up. He had no name he could provide me within his company or Absolute Cleanse but instead provided me with an email address to file a comlaint. I tried to access the email provided and it was not valid. First he gives me a web site address that did not work then the email address and did not know if it should be a web site or an email address. Nonetheless, if you have an issue that is outside of policiy CS will not help you and there is no way so the say to contact Absolute Cleanse. All of which is bogus because there is always a point of contact in any company. I will also report there service to BBB in order to help others from being scamed. They bank there money on the strong possibilty that the customer will not call back in time or at all and they charge your account to say they can not issue credit. How can you say you can not issue credit on the same day you applied the charge. I do not wish to do business with any company who can not thin logical and use common sense when making decisions related to thier customers. Then to add insult to injury... The product both 24/7 slim down and absolute cleanse does not work.
