My name is Venise Levy Dawkins. A package was mailed to me with my documents including my Jamaican Passport and my check book but the package was delivered in damage condition. My Jamaican passports and my check book was missing from the damaged package. The package is marked damage and an apology came with it from USPS regretting the damage done to my package. I was told by USPS they would have replace it. An application form was sent for lost/stolen US citizen passport to me, but i am Jamaican. I recently received my passport from Consulate of Jamaica, 767 Third Ave. 2nd and 3rd floor New york, NY 10017. I am traveling to Jamaica in August and it takes 8 weeks to process.
Please inform me of the process to expedite a refund in the amount of $110.00
