To whom may concern

I believe I have become a victim of fraud. I ordered 5 items from the above firm and paid the amount of €300 on jan 13. I received 5 fake products instead, cheap imitation of the items I have ordered and the attached receit indicated that they only cost €10 I emailed the sales team on [email protected] to report the problem.

After a month I when received the item to find it looked nothing like what I ordered. It was clearly fake and the Swarovski bag was even printed upside down! The item looks like something you would purchase in a €1 shop. I have written to complaint but I as yet to receive a responce. AVIOD this website as the items are clearly FAKE

They asked me to send them a picture of the received items which I did. It was only in February that after several more emails from me to them that I received the following email and every time I email I get the same reply.
I keep getting the same email from them stating my money it's on the way! Just found out this could be a fraudulent company!
Any chance of getting my
Money back

I even was stupid to send the items back and spend another €15.90 for reg post.
I read online they doing this to many ppl already and I would like to get this out to poor shopper and be aware of this. I have never do things like this to anyone and hope I get my money back and will never shop online ever again. Never trust anyone. Don't do things to others as you will not like others to do to you. It will come back to you one day.

I am still waiting to receive the promised items but no luck. I have also emailed them several times and no reply.

Our billing department is working on your refund process and has notified the bank. It will take little time for the bank to complete the refund process for your transaction. Because of all the steps involved; for instance, the merchant bank takes money back to card organization, then card organization takes money back to your card issuing bank, finally the issuing bank takes the money back to your card account. Every step will need time. Meanwhile, Saturday & Sunday are not the working day for the bank, so the credit card refund normally takes 1-2 billing cycle. Please be little patient and thank you so much for your understanding.

If you received the item, please send it back to us right away to the address on the label we sent to you with the original box, or simply just return to the sender.
