Monday 5/20. I got a phone call and the man told me the government picked me out of 1500 applicants for 8500 $. I believed him because a couple of weeks back i did fill a application on a federal grant. He gave me michelle williams number 2065695696. The area code listed on my phone said washington so i was more believing it was true. She told me about a BRIGITTE HOFFMAN in india and to send 290$ and that it would be reimbursed to me. I did this. After the transaction was made she gave me sam martin with the/a federal bank. The number2026576360.. The area code to this number popped up district of columbia and yes. Believable. He then told me there were bank fees to release the 9500 $ to me. That they were adding another 1000 $ for something rather. But i have to pay the fees of 680$. I obviously didnt have it. Or the 290 to begin with. Thankfully i ran across these complaints and im not calling him at all today. He is expecting me to call and i will not. This is a scam and to anybody who is being called please google the names of these people. Please. They took my 290 $ but unfortunately took more from many others. Dont be fooled
