I received an e-mail ON 05/O2 from Eng Azeer Khan telling me that he got my CV via (www.MONSTERGULF.com) and as Hr Manager in ADNOK (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) found me suitable for this job. He sent me a questionnaire to fill online after that he told me i am successful and he send me a letter of appointment as a warehousing manager (the contract form is of 6 pages signed and officially stamped. COUNTRY: U.A. E according to their e-mail sent to me. I received a visa form to be filled and sent back. Then, I was asked to contact:

He required:
(1) Scan copy of my duly signed Job Offer letter

(2) Scan a copy of my photographic passport

(3) My address reachable by courier services

(4) Complete filled Expatriate clearance certificate Form

Also he required:
PROCESSING FEE

1. Consultation/Legal Service Charge:... $900.00 USD

2. Expatriate clearance certificate Screening / Processing fee:...$ 1,200.00 USD

3. Expatriate clearance certificate letter from the High Court / Processing fee...$1,550.00 USD

Total: = $ 3,650.00 USD

They told all fees will be refunded according to the contract after 5 working days and before moving to Abu Dhabi. I doubt requiring money for the second time. I stop it, but they still phoning me. Please let me know what to do?
