Approved for 5000 loan. First Stephen Felps was my loan officer. He had me send 456 for insurance. I sent the money may 1.2013. Was told my money would be in my account by midnight. Thursday May 2 the money was not there. Called back, was assisted by a lady by the name Crystal at extension 101. She told me the insurance company needed 425 more dollars because I was high risk. Thursday May 2 I sent the 425 and was told my money would be in my account by midnight. It is now Saturday May 4 and the money is not in my account or would Crystal not accept my phone calls.
