Community Loans/SIGONFILE appeared as a transaction in my recent bank statement. They withdrew $355.00 from the account. I have not authorized a payment for this amount to any business or individual. How can I get to the bottom of this and get my money back. I have children to feed on a limited income and can't wait around.
