As with the previous post, I bought a necklace and bracelet from this site and what I received bore no resemblance to the actual article ordered. It was cheap and nasty BUT WAS IN VERY GENUINE LOOKING SWAROVSKI BOXES!!!
I got in touch right away to get the return address (alarm bells - in China!) and did this within the required time scale.in answer to my email they said they would let me know the result of their enquiry - I am still waiting, 3 months and several emails later.
In short, I have lost the original amount paid plus the cost of returning the wrong items to China. What a result for them, they even have the cheap nasty stuff back to send to some other poor unsuspecting soul!
Do not buy anything from this site.
