On March 7, I ordered a sample kit of advertised products for which I was billed and paid $5.95. My mother died shortly after this and I have as yet to open the sample kit. Today I received my Master Card bill which shows that alluredeadsea.com charged an additional $149.95 on March 26. I received nothing more for this outrageous additional charge and have been told by alluredeadsea.com that I will not be receiving anything more BUT that I have now been removed from the monthly Autorefill option. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Protection Bureau. I note from other testimonial complaints that there have been many complaints about the way this company operates. Buyer beware! I will be letting others know about this most unpleasant and unfair experience.

The persons with whom I corresponded today by email were Theodora and Eve whose titles are Customer Satisfaction Specialists. I asked to speak to someone in higher authority but this did not occur.
