My bank put a hold on my debit card which I discovered when I went to pay for a service. When I called the bank to check on the problem I was informed of the reason for the block being a possible unauthorized purchase for #39.95 online. I verified that it was in fact unauthorized as I was not online making any purchases on this date. I was able to block the purchase and get a new debit card but this was a big hassle. I hope it is discovered who is behing these fraudulent transactions and that they are held accountable with consequences for this!
