A customer through Google checkout purchased a home bar & wanted it shipped. Google checkout stated I needed to pay shipping charges & would be reimbursed along with the money for the bar, this is not unusual as it's the same way amazon works. After the initial shipping fees were paid I received another e-mail from google stating they needed insurance fees paid to protect both parties in case of damages, again, understandable. NOW they want another $800 for government documents. I requested the transaction be cancelled & money paid be refunded to me and the purchaser, they said they can't because I may be a scammer.
