Be informed, Christian Mingle charges for sending AND receiving messages, according to their Help FAQ's, so I just figured out. That's like the USPS charging postage just to open your own mail. Per CM: "Only members that are subscribers can send and read Mingle Mail." So if you message someone who is not a paid subscriber, that person cannot open your message unless they pay up. That in itself is a scam, and CM does not state this upfront, I had to wait until I received my 1st message to find out. Match.com does not do this, with them you can send to a non-paid member and they will be able to open your message and respond without subscribing.
