I ordered another product and other offerings kept coming up I clicked no for any extras especially total cleanse 360. I checked my account and there was no charge for any additional products so I thought I was safe. The next day I saw a charge for a foreign transaction fee and a charge for total cleanse. I immediately called the company and explained I did not order nor did I want the total cleanse and that their web site was faulty that I clicked no for this product. I was told too bad because the product was on its way. I talked to three different people including the manager and I was told to send the product back at my own cost then I would get a refund. I was first told they would pay the shipping but they changed their mind. I explained I did not see the charge on my account because it was not posted until 12AM the next day and of course I was sleeping by that time. My husband called the same day but satisfaction was not to be ours. I told them I would report them and they simply did not care and at one point they hung up on us and we called back. They were rude and nasty and did not care that we were dissatisfied. They simply did not care and as much as said so. I happened upon this site otherwise I would have reported this incident earlier. I would advise anyone to not use this site to order any products. They are in Canada and I recently found out are not held to the standard of the wonderful US we live in. God Bless the USA
