I was on craigs list a there was this 2003 motor home on there for sale and it said if you were interested to respond to the email address at [email protected] so i did she sent me more pictures and said that if i was interested in it that she is going threw amazon payments cause she felt safer at it. And that she would pay to have the motorhome delivered to us and the cost of the motor home was 1,980.00 so we told her that we were interested so she said that we would get a email from amazon letting us know what the next step was.
So i got a email from amazon payment and it said that i had to go get a money gram for 1,980.00 dollars and put it in amazons attorneys name cause he holds it until the motor was delivered to us and that we had 10 days to make sure that we wanted it or we would get our money back if we didnt want it so we went and got a 10 minute money gram transfer for 1,980.00 and it cost me 155.00 for the money gram and did like they asked and put the amazons attorneys name on it which is Todd Fredys and the address is 2636 Stone creek drive, Akron Oh. 44320 and after i did that they wanted me to fax the money gram receipt to him and the fax number was 740-422-9920 so i did has they wanted. Then the next day they said that the delivery of the motor home was on hold cause the delivery person wanted 1,070.00 for a insurance cause the motor home was worth so much more then what the seller sold it for and that i would get the money back in cash handed to me when the motor home was delivered. So i didnt under stand it so i looked up a amazon phone number to ask more questions and they told me they didnt any thing about it. They said they dont even deal with veicals cause to much of a high risk. And that they never ask for a money gram from anybody so that it was a scam.
So i emailed both partys back Cynthia Tayburn and Amazon payment and told them to cancelle the delivery that we did not want the motor home and i would like my money back. Well we have sent them several email messages and they will not answer me back.
So i was wondering what do i got to do to try to get my money back
