I received the same email from mark cortez claiming the same scam. He was to pay me $700.00 a week to handle "his business and personal errands." after doing research on-line, this is a total scam operation. Do not respond to it. He claims he is ceo of the institute of agritechnics and vice chairman of global agritechnics, corporation and head of wastewatergardens international.
