Paid for room reservations in Las Vegas @ Rio Hotel & Casino with Citibank credit card. Upon arrival and check-in, found that the Rio had never received $ from Trip Res! Although I had a confirmation # and proof of payment, all guests had to pay AGAIN for the rooms. Filed claim and found that TripRes filed Bankruptcy. They're website is still up and running... Taking reservations and $!! BEWARE... They are a scam!!
