I received a gift card last july for my birthday from a friend, when i went to sallys to use it they said it wasn't activated. But the cashier said it had to have been before my friend could have left the store. After calling customer service 3 times and the supervisior calling the last time they demanded a receipt before they would honor the card saying the #on the card was not in their system. This is not the 1 time they have had this problem at that store.
