I am a care provider for a brain damaged individual who seems to have been taken advantage of by the above mentioned company. The company advertises downloadable password retrieval software for sale via "www.Prosoft3D.com." My client accessed the site on Saturday, January 17th, downloaded the program, had his Bank of America debit card charged, and then proceeded to have difficulty utilizing the company's product. He contacted the companies customer service department via email as per instructions (the website provides no phone number, nor company address.) He did this multiple times and consequently was charged for each email as if he were a new customer purchasing the software.
