Recieved a phone call offering me a 3 year subscription to Discover plus a $300 gasoline rebate. ($25 each month that I spent $100) for three monthly payments of 24.70 each. They said it would take the publishers 30 to 60 days to begin services. The third payment was in September but no magazines and I have just recieved a bill from Discover to renew. Cannot get in contact with anyone at their phone number 888-679-2205
