I answered a survey of about 5 questions and was told that I would receive one of 4 free gifts, my choice. I chose the diamond stud earrings. All I had to do was pay the postage. Last Saturday, I checked my checking account online and discovered that this company had taken 98.00 out of my account that I did not authorize. I went to my bank and complained. They are going to dispute the charge and I also called the company to complain. I got right through and was told that I would be taken off all future charge lists (moot point, my checking account was locked and I am getting a new card) and to email [email protected] and ask for an RMA# to return the earrings. And here I thought they were a free gift. This is no way to do business. Tricking people into thinking they are getting a free gift and then charging them for it. Scam if I ever saw one! Beware!
