I ordered a Ralph Lauren jacket and 2 polo shirts for my son for Christmas, it is now 10.30am on Christmas Eve and still no parcel. Now having seen the complaints I realise that I might have been conned. I had no idea the company was in China. Is there no way of getting the money back.
