I ordered a bottle of ketone breeze on the website for $4.95 shipping and handling. Not only did I not receive the product, I was charged $89.99 on my credit card! I was on hold for 33 minutes until someone answered, and she refused to refund my money as she said it was "past the trial period", even though I had not signed up for anything beyond the free bottle nor received any product whatsoever. I see there are other people who have had the same issue as my self. What is my recourse? Better Business Bureau?
