I tried several times to get my money back, but all avenues for refunds are blocked

I utilized in most purity to be always a courier for the corporation. I settled the £75 which was necessary to include me for their site subsequently discovered all wasn't as advertised. I tried many times to obtain my money-back, but all paths for discounts are plugged.
