EBay scammer got over $800 from me in substitution for a worthless notebook I delivered without any reimbursement. Removed lender info from eBay. Scammer has several records with eBay under various mail addresses. Lives in El Paso, TX. Has AOL and Yahoo IDs under ruruep, govit80 and Michelleandruru. Is just a deadbeat and often employs titles of others, for example his partner, to conduct transactions.
