The "Principals" of Del Monte Agency operate from the perspective of "we know better than you... So shut-up and listen." They charged a monthly retainer and consistently failed to deliver the results/deliverables outlined throughout multiple modified contracts.
They provided completely unsubstantiated time tracking documentation and appear to have no formal systems to manage billable hours and project efficiency. They spent far more time trying to enforce the payment terms of the contract than they did performing work on the contract.
The culture of the company seems to be "fake it till you make it" and they consistently over-promise and under to deliver.
I called several of the companies they list on their website under the "Our Work" section and received numerous negative reports.
