Fraud bank debit credit card unauthorized transaction

$14.95 debit appeared on my bank statement. This is an unauthorized charge.
A quick check on Google turned up multiple reports of unauthorized charges by this company. Tracking the owner of the website is nearly impossible, but a phone number listed comes back to D Pitts - (540) 786-6844-209 Durham Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
Where this goes, nobody knows.
