FRONTIER BROADBAND $ 52.00 bucks for Internet that hardly ever works

Where I live the only internet service providers are wireless, a straight line receiver must point to a satellite tower. From day one my service would work great then would not work at all or may get part of a website to come up. I have been very patient from 1998 up till now 2012 I call them once every month or so about the service all they do is reset the receiver or install a new one,

So they say My service is down more than up. Im sick of this internet service provider charging me 52 bucks every month even though I hardly ever have good service. Now every phone number I have for this provider will not or doses not work anymore!
