GamersFirst Company Stole Money from me, did not deliver product... Ever

Back around 5/22 I purchased WarRock Clan Warfare Collectors Edition product form their website for around $79.99
The product was to include "Gold Premium 180 Days, VIP Clan Status 6 Months, Autographed Poster, Exclusive in-box physical item, Retail Famas"...

We received notification that we needed to confirm our address (because they never even asked for a shipping address...) So i sent them notification of my Address and recieved this response - gt;
