I sent a rebate request via US certified mail on 1-5-04 for a Kingston 512 MB RAM. Rebate was to be $23. I followed and met ALL rebate requirements. Parago says they never received the papers. The US Post Office confirms delivery on 1-8-04.
I called 888-301-4049 and was told they are not using their P.O. Box 028509 any more and I should resubmit the request to P.O. Box 028516. The customer service rep (in India) did not want to give me the company name but eventually did. The 888 number operators do not have a physical address or telephone number of Parago to give me. There are many complaints about Parago on many sites on the Internet and no way to reach them.
This company is not listed with the telephone company as Parago anywhere in the Miami area and I cannot find any address or contact information on the web. A real mystery! I really wonder why Kingston would do business with them without checking them out first. It gives them a bad name along with THEIR rebate handler.
