On or about March 14 I purchased a theme from theme-junkie, I have purchased other themes before uploaded them and and maybe had a slight problem at which time I was able to contact and the problem was fixed. From the first moment I uploaded this product I have had problems requested help because there were no instructions as to "how to" like other companies provide, I was instructed to post all questions on this forum so each day you have to post one question in order to solve a coding problem.
Wordpress is pretty simple to operate but no where on their site does it say you have to be a programmer and if you go to the forum this template has problems.
I requested a refund and was refused because they claimed that the template works (only if you are a programmer) this is a rip off!!! The are doing the bait and switch and that is not right. These people should be shut down for fraud because after they get your money there is a no money back because the product is flawed.
