Went online to look at the IRenew magnetic bracelets. I wanted to find out how much shipping would be. To get to that portion of the order, you had to put in a payment method. Once you do that, the order is placed! No submit button or anything. Immediately, I emailed & tried calling to stop the order. They told me it wasn't in the system & I had to wait 24 hours. 24 hours later, I rec'd an email that the order had shipped! Called the number, they told me "no one is in that department right now", you have to call back between 9-5. First, the way they suck in the order is criminal. Second, the way the customer service can't help you is criminal. And third, they charges $31.80 for shipping on some cheap, little plastic bracelets that don't really do what they claim. There is no recourse with them. You can send the product back & eat the $31.80 in shipping and handling on a bogus product. They should be shut down.
