Ron Gibson Nick Young Blow your scam down

I received a check from PNC bank Indianapolis IN fo $4,926.69 saying it is to be used for government surcharge, when I investigated this is a total scam no financial with this name I have not cash the check but I do intend to keep it in a saf place and see if I receive te certified check for 250.000.00 which I know will not happen but any wa what about people out there that dont look before they leap
