Eturn fees on defective goods

Before you purchase something from Pricebreak.com study from my error and initial study their return policy for FAULTY items: perhaps you are amazed to discover that they'll ask you for an extremely high “return fee” PLUS you spend all shipping expenses... For returning a faulty merchandise

Actually thought the merchandise was faulty from the container and delivered to Pricebreak instantly, Pricebreak.com needs I spend them $54.59 like a “return fee” for delivering back a faulty $309 Garmin GPS system I purchased off their site. Worse than that: It's been nearly 2 ½ weeks since I have delivered the merchandise and I still have obtained no reimbursement at-all, only a large amount of waiting techniques and chicanery.

Listed here are the reality:

I put purchase PKB6333005E on Dec. 9 to get a Garmin Nuvi 885T GPS. The sum total price (incl. Duty and delivery) was $309.99. I settled by Credit check card.

The merchandise came Dec. 18th, a Friday.

Hectic, I waited to start the bundle before night of Friday, Dec. 21st Within 60-minutes the display had frozen many times needing the system to become switched off after which switched back onto resume functioning. The Garmin likewise closed itself down without caution, needing a re start to carry on.in a nutshell: it didn’t function.
