Tried posting this report once before but for some reason never showed up. I apologize if it ends up here twice.
Jason Asbury ripped me off for $5000.00 for a web page he never delivered. What he did deliver, was "pictures" of the site.
Only after numerous attempts at contacting him did he finally show up and give his "sob story", along with a promise to finish the work.
He then disappeared again. I ended up having to hire another company to create the page for me.
In addition, I have been contacted by "Getty images" threatening litigation because some of the graphics Jason used for my page design were owned and copyrighted by them.
I have had to take the page down until this issue is resolved.
Good luck getting any of your money back from this dirtbag.
