If you search my company name Orchid Dental Studio you will see Zapconnect first on the list with google. My problem is the address they have on file is incorrect. So I asked them to change it. Nothing. So I paid them for an account and updated the info. Still nothing. So I called the Admin/owner Bud Warrick. He tells me there is no way he can control when google updates the info to their servers and to just wait. Okay, so I have waited almost a year now. When I searched his info on whois.com they report his database hasn't been updated since 10-Dec!
So he never even updates the database! And its just a big extortion scam on businesses! I wonder how many out there have had the same problem with Mr. Bud. If you have had this same problem please contact me so we can start a class action suit.
