I just want to say this company is fake. They just want to steal money from their customers that sign up online for a free teeth whitening trial for the cost so cheap $4.99, but what they don't tell you is that you have to cancel or else every month you will be getting charge almost $ 90.00 dollars because every month they will ship a 30 day suply product. Im so pissed off right now, because i called customer service and they told me that if i wanted full refund of the money that was charged from my bank account to go online to [email protected] and send them an e-mail to get my full refund. I told the representative if i can just cancel my memebership right there and they said no. They were rude. The point is that i tried doing that and i went ivory complaints and went on the second web 'ivory brites complaints (inability to cancel order) it took me to some web called rocket lawyer.com i did
All their stupid answering cancelation form and then i checked my bank account statement and to cancel they charge me $19.95... Im not even sure if it's canceled right now because one shit leads to another so you gotta be real careful. Please, if you are reading this do not give any online trial your credit card number. Companies just like to take advantage. Im so mad for being so stupid. I just lost like $100.00 dollars this week. I might have to close my account and re-open a new one that way they won't charge anything else. Ivory brites suck, it's all bull shit. This all happened right now 5/29/09 with the whole customer service and checked bank statement..
