To put it simply this is just another barely-knowledgeable guy masquerading as a competent repairman. Do not bring your pc here for repair as it will not get done to your satisfaction. My experiences have been very disappointing. I brought in a good pc that was having trouble and by then end of the diagnostic and repair cycle I was told nothing could be done, the drives were not recoverable (the drives had had no problem and were function perfectly BEFORE I brought the pc to this guy) and I would need a new pc.
I was sold one and took the owner's word that it was a good computer and COMPARABLE to the one I had just lost. I was told it was even better however after 6 months it is apparent this Dell I got from him is CRAP. It won't play any pc game made within the past 4 years because the processor and graphics card are both junk. The pc I ahd brought in was top-notch. To top it all off he quoted me a price that was DOUBLE what I could ahve gotten it for new by buying online. A real deceiver. He seems nice enough but beware. I never got one piece of my old pc back and it was months withthis guy trying to get info on the status of my pc.
