I have reason to believe "Imagination System" and "Imagination Web" are scams. This looks to be one of their sites http://www.imaginationsystem.com/
After "Resumes Reviewed by Executives" had my money and led me on a bit their support line went dead and the 'project' people no longer answered. The only number I got an answer for was their sales line.
There is a guy at the same number who acts as if he has nothing to do with resumesreiewedbyexecutives but then he kind of gives away that he does as he sort of makes excuses for it. Its the same phone number for Gods sake.
I think he went by Randy and is now pushing something called Imagination System and Imagination Web design. My guess is anyone paying for these things will be left ripped off as well.

It makes me angry they just brushed me off and moved on to a new scam. I think this guy just sets up a fancy webpage, takes peoples money and then when people realize its garbage he moves to the next scam. I wonder how many webpage businesses this guy has had.
