When aol change to aolneufi did not want to stay with aolneuf so i wrote to them and cancelled my contract by registered letter telling them i would pay up to the cancel time of 2 years which i have done but they are still invoicing me and have put it in the hands of a recovery conpany i have great difficulty in getting hold of anyone at the company my french is very bad which dos/nt help all i want to do is pay up all i owe and cancel my contract can youhelp please we have had an enormous amount of problems in france since the change of the company to neuf literaly thousands of complaints from all over france. I will pay them what i owe but it is imperative i am able to cancel my contract please help me its so frustrating.
