Stacey Krueger at The Bulldog Exchange told me they are not a puppymill, debited my deposit promising to send papers showing his pedigree, than said they could not I had to buy the dog than submit request to MBCOA... This is owned by Even Quintavella and The Bulldog Exchange is owned by him. So the breeder is owned by the registration company and they can not showing me the puppies pedigree / background RIGHT!.
