Cigarrest on November 17th charged my account is charge with this bogus purchase of $69 I WANT MY FREAKIN MONEY BACK!

Ciggaresst charge my account $69.00 for a product I had returned to them on the 7th of August. On the 17th of November they charged me this $69 and i am furious. I want my freaking money!!!
