I'm a web designer and received a project that needed a flash audio player. I searched the internet and found Oven Fresh Web Design who advertised custom flash buttons.
I hired them to create a flash button for my website. They refused to create the button to my specifications, refusing to explain themselves. Eventually we came to a compromise and they agreed to create the button. I paid for it and received it a day later.
When I installed the button in the web page and tested it using the Firefox web browser the audio was playing at a high rate of speed and sounded distorted. I reported this to the company and they told me it was a problem with my computer..."Unknown Error" was their exact explanation.
I tested the web page / player on multiple computers and found that some would work and some wouldn't. I reported this to them and asked that the fix it, or give me a refund as the player was defective.
They refused to fix it, and refused to give me a refund.
Overall they had the worst customer service out of any company I've ever used to sub-contract work. I'm not filing this report based upon the customer service I recieved, i'm filing it because they refused to fix the problem with their software and refused to give me a refund.
I highly recommend you find an alternative to working with Oven Fresh Web Design for any project you may have, for the following reasons:
1. If there is a problem with the software they write, they will refuse to fix it.
2. If they don't agree with the way the software is going to function they will refuse to write it.
3. They have the worst customer service, if none at all.
Do not do business with oven fresh web design.
