Refuse to pay won money $400 No Information Anywhere

When i won $400 in poker i wanted the money out from the account but the site ask med to fax or email full photocopy of drivers license which i dont have plus full copy of both sites of my creditcard before they will payout the money and i dont do that sounds like a bad joke or a nigerian scam of worse kind.
