I tried to move my domain from DNBuy to Godaddy.internet

I tried to move my domain from DNBuy to Godaddy, DNBuy will not help or send autorization code, They don't have phone #s or support, they don't respond emails.
I thinks DNBuy means: DoNotBuy.
