This ebay user purchased 11 items from me back in feb they were sent the invoice. No response, no payment. 11 unapaid strikes were opened against them, again, no response, no payment, all 11 strikes for non payment were given as well as 11 negative feedback comments. Then suddenly "jim" emails me, wanting to make payment, it was explained, that since they never bothered to pay, or respond to the unpaid dispute, the matter is closed, and I would not be selling to them.
From then on, they have been harrassing me by telephone, email as well as sending material through the postal mail.
He has threatened to sue me for "interferring with business".
Hopefully more people see these complaints about him, and avoid this guy at all costs.
