Scammed me for $4500.00 new york

I received a letter from Mystery Consumer with a check for $4,500 and details on what to do. I deposited the amount into my bank account and did what I was instructed to do. I have just found out from my bank that the funds were returned and now I am negative $3,000 and can't get it back.

Help me! I need the money back. I don't have a job!!!
