I've had huge problems with mediamax and judging from this petition I'm not the only one at least 370 people have had huge problems, and those are only the ones who know about the petition!

after the transition they had which took wayy too much
i had 50% of my files and that's 600 for me, lost,
just weren't ther they promised to have the thing sorted out, but a month after the email (the only one they sent me after a month of sending an email every wo days) that
promised that i can't even see my files anymore!
I asked them to downgrade me no way that i was paying
to lose my file and the account info shows downgraded,
but when i log in it shows upgrade required!
Keeping the remaining files ransom or just the worst
service in the world?
