I was going over my personal checking account and noticed a charge from Vision Investing Group for $44.95. This was on 7/26... I've tried reaching their office all day 7/27 and again on 7/30 to inquire about the charges. All I have gotten for 2 solid days is "leave a message" recording. No matter what department I have tried... The message is the same.
If this is such an upstanding business... Why don't they have people answering their phones? The recording sounds as if the people running the place are just out of high school... Very unprofessional... Sounds more like an infomercial than that of a legit investment outfit. And these people are supposed to me teaching others how to invest... Perhaps they should take a course themselves on "word the work in the workforce".
Obviously I've been a victim of fraud... I've disputed the charges with my bank... Should have the funds back in 5 days or so. But it would be nice to know how this company got ahold of my personal information.
