They keep on charging my Visa debit card but do not send anuy lottery info. NewYork

I subscribed to the FreeLotto game last December. After about two months, the online subscription stopped but they continue to bill my account every month. I have not been able to find them online or by telephone and want the billing to stop and they owe me some refund money. They charge $9.99 per month.
