Video professor claims to have a wonderful program and good service.in my case, I didn't get either. I signed up hoping to get a free cell phone they said came with the offer. I had second thoughts, and talked to someone at their office and cancelled that same day. 1 week later, I recieved 1 video and wrote across the front 'Not accepted " and it was sent back. I then e-mailed them 3 times with no reply, that I had cancelled. When I checked my bank account, they had robbed me of $130.00. Since they never replied, I am now repaying that money, plus fees for the overdraft they caused.
Video professor is a scam and a fraud. The only thing you will learn is to check any offer out TOTALLY before you sign up. Call the Better Business Bureau, or look on usacomplaints.com. Whatever you do, never trust Video Professor.
